Monday - Thursday: Inquiries received BEFORE 3 PM will typically be responded to by 9:00 PM the FOLLOWING business day or as soon as reasonably possible.
Friday: Inquiries received on Friday before 12 PM will typically be responded to by 9:00 PM the following Monday or as soon as reasonably possible.
Saturday-Sunday: Inquiries received over the weekend will typically be responded to by 9:00 PM the following Monday or as soon as reasonably possible.
Holidays: Inquiries received on Holidays will typically be responded to by 9:00 PM the next *BUSINESS day that we provide service or as soon as reasonably possible.

We respond to all customer service related inquiries in the order in which they are received and in accordance with priority where we give the highest priority to service requests regarding our hosting servers, mail servers, new sales, and then clients with a maintenance plan. The times listed are typical response times for basic inquiries. For inquiries that require more complex answers or received during peak inquiry times, please allow an additional 3-4 days for an appropriate response. We always respond as soon as reasonably possible.
We take tremendous care of each of our clients and respond as quickly as possible and with accurate answers that are needed for your particular situation.
