| Are your servers Linux or Windows?
|
All Acera Technologies servers run on CentOS Linux, which is identical to Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Our hosting servers run on Intel Xeon (Harpertown) 2.0 GHz Quad Core Processors with 8 GB of RAM and a 100mbps uplink. A RAID10 drive array is used for instant data mirroring and fast drive access.

| Do you allow adult sites?

We do not accept adult/pornographic sites or gambling sites, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any website for any reason whatsoever. |

| Are your servers PCI compliant?
|
All of the cluster servers for Acera Technologies have been updated for PCI compliance.
If you see any problems, just get a scanning vendor to email you a report and provide that report to support@aceratechnolgies.com so we can fix anything that does not comply. |

| How much disk space and bandwidth am I alloted?
|
We provide unlimited disk space and bandwidth with our web hosting accounts. We initially allot a standard amount for both disk space and bandwidth based on average customer usage and monitor both throughout the course of a calendar month. Based on your usage we may increase or decrease your allotment at a given time. If you will be uploading a great many files at one time or expect a sudden jump in your bandwidth due to your marketing efforts, let us know so that we can ensure that your allotment will be enough. You will not be charged additional fees for extra disk space or bandwidth unless you use 25% of our total system resources in a given month. (This is highly unlikely for the average website.) |
